New incentive for Atlanta condo buyers. I don’t think I have ever heard of this, but it’s a pretty interesting idea.
An Atlanta real estate developer is now offering a very different approach to attracting new condo buyers to his development- two years of medical services offered to the prospective new residents of these new Atlanta condos!
Say what?!
Well, according to an article in American Medical News, the Atlanta-based company called MD on Call, a “boutique practice” is partnering with City Centre Properties to provide residents of The Mansion on Peachtree a basic services package involving much of what a family medicine physician would do in their office- in the comfort of their own Atlanta condo. And who ever said house calls were outdated?! And if the doctor looks anything like my buddy George here on ER, I’m on board! (teehee)
This incentive package is valued around $15,000 per year and unlike anything I have ever seen before in an effort to promote the purchase of an Atlanta condo. It will be very interesting to see how it all plays out.
